Het begon allemaal in 1999 met een idee: mode maken onder eerlijke omstandigheden, iets moois creëren en je er goed bij voelen. LANIUS streeft deze visie vandaag nog steeds na en combineert duurzame materialen met verfijnd design &#8211; in elke collectie.
Claudia Lanius is de oprichter en ontwerper achter het merk. Samen met haar team ontwikkelt ze de ideeën die de LANIUS-collecties onderscheiden in de studio in Keulen. Haar dochter Annabelle Homann begon in 2013 voor het bedrijf te werken en is toegetreden tot het managementteam.
LANIUS richt zich op het beschermen van mens, dier en milieu. Om deze reden gebruikt LANIUS geen stoffen of chemicaliën die mogelijk schadelijk zijn voor de gezondheid. LANIUS betrekt de meeste materialen van biologische producenten en probeert transportroutes zo kort en milieuvriendelijk mogelijk te maken.
